Comprehensive platform of training resources for training all levels of WIC staff. The curriculum uses the innovative “visual design” approach and is structured in tiered levels to address the varied roles among WIC staff. The flexible navigation approach gives trainers flexible options for training varied audience groups and training situations.
Every Mother staff assisted with research and program design phases of the national WIC peer counseling program. Every Mother developed training curricula for both WIC peer counselors and peer counseling program managers.
Every Mother developed the curriculum and national training for all levels of WIC staff. This skills-based training addresses competencies needed by WIC staff to support mothers and babies with breastfeeding, and is being updated by the new “WIC Breastfeeding Curricula and Training” project coming soon!

Every Mother trainers have worked in the WIC program as State and local agency breastfeeding coordinators, and have a keen understanding of the needs of WIC staff and participants. Trainers have more than 25 years of experience training WIC staff in every U.S. State and territory and several Indian Tribal Organizations (ITOs).
A wide variety of training opportunities can be tailored to meet the needs of WIC State and local agencies, including train the trainer events, direct training of staff, webinar education, and regional events across the State.
